ALL ABOUT ANN
I’m Ann, the founder/owner/operator of Free Treats Pet Care Services. I’m currently based in the SW suburbs of Portland, Oregon, but I was born and raised in Upstate New York. We are registered and insured to conduct business within Multnomah, Washington, and Clackamas counties, and we plan to expand and be available for travel in the near future.
When I’m not taking care of your pets, you can find me exploring with my current dogpanion, Luna. She is a three-legged former street dog from Puerto Rico rescued by the Save-a-Sato program. I adopted her from Make-A-Difference Rescue of WNY in 2016, and we have made several cross-country trips together since our maiden voyage west to the PNW.

Animals of all shapes and sizes have been a part of my life from my moment of birth. I have experience with a wide range of breeds and temperaments and have raised rambunctious puppies, tended senior dogs, and assisted those with special needs.
